We want to create executive leadership teams of some of the largest companies in the UK more representative, because having a diverse organisation is key to driving competitive advantage in the market. However, recent research revealed there are no Back chairs, chief executives or chief financial officers in the UK’s FTSE 100 companies. And the latest Parker Review showed little progress has been made in the last five years on FTSE companies having people from ethnic background on UK boards.
