Ósta Holdings goals are to expand current and new concepts in the Denver Metro Area. Properties are not only new, but currently are well located near major employers, retail developments and high density neighborhoods around Denver. Our acquisitions are moderately low risk investment vehicles for our limited partners based upon proven concepts, but also with the real estate collateral component which few restaurant groups offer. Further expansion is imminent with our existing concepts as we continue to accelerate our groups goals. New Restaurant Bar and Cafe concepts are scheduled for development and have agreed openings in 2024 followed by a major multi modal development scheduled for early 2025 in the west part of Denver. This multi million dollar project will facilitate several additional retail and hospitality offerings, furthing the groups ambitious plans for growth.
