Örteks/Megaplast is the leading and longest established coated textile-faux leather manufacturer in Istanbul/Turkey with 41 years of experience in it’s field. Our polyurethane and PVC based products are used at a wide range of sectors including handbag, garment, shoes, wall covering and upholstery-home furnishing, contract, hospitality, health care, transport. Depending on customer preferences, our products can be customized with additional attributes such as flame retardant, anti bacterial, stain resistant, alcohol, salt-Chlorine water and UV resistant. We also provide urine, blood and saliva resistant products for health care. All our raw materials are European-ECHA Reach compliant, they are free from phthalates, heavy metals, azo dyes. Örteks/Megaplast outstands in design variety with hundreds of embossing and printing cylinders and digital printing solutions. Our state of art facilities also include direct coating line besides the transfer coating lines to provide more flexibility in product design. We have an environmental 100% water based polyurethane product line for upholstery, handbag, shoes and garments. Our product is DMF free and produced according to ZDHC (Zero Discharge Hazourdous Chemicals), and has excellent resilience and better flex resistance.
