Aluma Interns Program

Aluma's Internship Program is the largest of its kind in Israel. Serving as a bridge between the academic sphere and the professional world, the program focuses on helping young adults to integrate into suitable jobs- related to their fields of study- while improving the earning capacity of its participants. More than 1,000 organizations are part of Aluma’s social employer network mentoring interns with the aim of helping them gain professional experience during their studies.
