Its strengths lie with its ability to fully integrate expertise and operations across fund raising, investment approach, asset management and exit strategy. Some of its investment platforms include Bloomvest Mezzanine Fund that focuses in providing mezzanine financing to China’s leading property developers and count reputable companies such as Gemdale, COFCO, Bright Life, CINDA Real Estate and others as its long term strategic partners; Culmerowd investment that specializes in running commercial real estate; Awards Asset Management that focuses on hospitality management; Shenzhen Dangkang that focuses on development of residential and commercial properties; and others. Since 2015, the group has also been actively exploring outbound investment opportunities. In September 2015, the group launched the San Francisco No. 1 Private Fund to invest in two office buildings located in the CBD of San Francisco, and launched another fund in September 2016 to invest in a residential development project in Manhattan New York. As of April 2017, WHL Land has completed investment and acquisition of 18 projects in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Xiamen and Chongqing. It has to-date invested and developed over 3 million square metre of gross floor area in Mainland China and North America.
