Beijing Foreign Airlines Service Corporation (Beijing FASCO), founded in January, 1982 with the investment of Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), is one of the first batch of service providers in mainland China specialized in HR services for foreign companies with Qualification Certificate for Foreign Labor Service Operation, Business License for Labor Dispatching and License for Human Resources Service.
Beijing FASCO is mainly engaged in foreign and domestic human resources service and foreign labor service cooperation in the civil aviation industry, having developed training products covering the fields of airlines, airports, air traffic management and colleges and being capable of providing professional management consultancy services. At present, Beijing FASCO cooperates with over 80 airlines overseas (and those from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) and foreign and domestic enterprises, for whom it has dispatched more than 4000 staff providing labor service of various kinds including ground service, business service, cabin service, in-flight translation, aircraft maintenance, technical service and management service.
