Xiamen International Trust Co., Ltd

Xiamen International Trust Co., Ltd., formerly known as the Xiamen Special Economic Zone Finance Company established by the Xiamen Municipal Government in January 1985, was approved by the head office of the People's Bank of China in 1986 and renamed as Xiamen International Trust and Investment Company. It is a non bank financial institution with legal personality. In August 2007, the original China Banking Regulatory Commission approved the issuance of a new financial license. As of now, the company has grown steadily for 39 years, with a registered capital of RMB 4.16 billion (including foreign exchange capital of USD 15 million). The shareholders are Xiamen Jinyuan Financial Holding Co., Ltd. (holding 80% of the shares), Xiamen Jianfa Group Co., Ltd. (holding 10% of the shares), and Xiamen Port Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (holding 10% of the shares), all of which are state-owned wholly-owned enterprises.
