CDTI was formed in 2005. It provides soft skills training, workplace English, curriculum development and other services to enterprises. In 2022, CDTI launched its online business and moved to Cyberport, providing clients with online soft skills and workplace English training, setting up branded e-Academy for clients, e-Library, etc. to support them under the new normal of staff training. E-Learning is also offered to individual learners (B2C) through cooperative organizations.
