Founded in 1994, Foshan IntTrust Precious Metal Material Co Ltd is located in Guangdong Foshan, China. Our company specializes in the development and manufacturing of metal parts and electrical contacts for various industries and applications. Our production floor sized over 80,000 sq ft, and with a team of 150 employees, we are able to manufacture over 2 billion units of metal parts annually. Our company is ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified and we strive to deliver high quality components to meet all of our customers needs and expectations worldwide.
Our stamping department currently has a wide combination of metal press equipment ranged from 5 tons to up to 130 tons. This grants us the ability to produce stamping parts with different types of metals such as steel, copper, silver, stainless steel, and aluminum, with thickness range from 0.05 milometers to 2.5 milometers. This is our tooling workshop. Our tooling equipment gives us the ability to design and develop our own moulds and tools to better serve our clients needs.
Our head riveting department is capable of producing all types of silver based electrical contacts. The silver contact is the core component that determines the life and durability for all controllers and switches. With over a hundred riveting machines, we're currently capable of manufacturing over 2000 types bi-metal, tri-metal, and solid silver contacts to meet all our customers' requirements. Our contacts are widely applied in industries such as micro switches, thermostats & thermal protectors, circuit breakers, elevator switches and relays etc.
To further enhance our customers' satisfactions, we also provide additional assembly services that our clients may find convenient for them to purchase semi-finished products from us. We can develop automated assembly lines such as automated brazing and welding, automated rivetting and even plastic injection can all be developed in house to help improving.
