深圳市天使母基金 (Shenzhen Angel Capital Guiding Fund)

Shenzhen Angel Investment Guiding Fund (hereinafter referred to “Shenzhen Angel Fund of Fund”), as a strategic and policy-based fund, was established and invested by the Shenzhen Government. It is a significant measure to chase after the world-leading venture capital investment companies, strengthen the capacity for venture capital investment, and offer helps to startups. The first phase of the fund was RMB 5 billion, which entrusted to Shenzhen Angel Fund of Fund to operate in a market-oriented manner. The Shenzhen Angel Fund of Fund establishes sub-funds by means of cooperating with well-known angel investment institutions at home and abroad; creates a Shenzhen-centered angel investment ecosystem, which radiates the mainland and influences the world; forms an angel investment fund group with itself as the core. The fund will also provide strong support for Shenzhen to build the international financial center, the international venture capital center, the international science and technology and industrial innovation centers.深圳市天使投资引导基金（以下简称“天使母基金”）是深圳市人民政府投资发起设立的战略性、政策性基金，是深圳市对标国际一流，补齐创业投资短板，助力种子期、初创期企业的重大政策举措。天使母基金由深圳市引导基金出资设立，首期规模为人民币50亿元,委托深圳市天使投资引导基金管理有限公司按市场化方式运营，通过出资于国内外知名天使投资机构设立的子基金的方式进行投资，创建“以深圳为中心，辐射内地，面向全球”的天使投资生态圈，形成以天使母基金为核心的天使投资基金群，为深圳打造国际金融中心、国际风投创投中心和国际科技、产业创新中心提供有力支撑。
