Established in 2000, Hubart is a contemporary art institution dedicated to influencing cultural development across government, industries, and enterprises. Grounded in Chinese local culture and drawing on global art resources, Hubart integrates art with regional and industrial growth, pioneering new ecological values in the art sector. Hubart focuses on four key areas: regional art festival, art commerce, art communication, and art space services. As the official partner of the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale, Hubart launched the “Artfield China Project” and continues to drive ongoing regional art festivals such as "Art at Fuliang" (Jingdezhen, China) and "Art at Qiaoshan – Art Field Nanhai" (Foshan, China). Hubart is headquartered in Beijing, China, with offices in Shanghai, Jingdezhen, and Foshan. It also has overseas offices in Tokyo and Echigo-Tsumari, Japan.
