百信银行（全称为“中信百信银行股份有限公司”）是首家获批的独立法人形式的直销银行，由中信银行与百度公司联合发起。市场定位是“为百姓理财，为大众融资”，将依托中信银行强大的产品研发及创新能力、客户经营及风险管控体系，以及百度公司互联网技术和用户流量资源，满足客户个性化金融需求，打造差异化、有独特市场竞争力的直销银行。推出了消费金融、小微金融和财富管理三大核心业务。
自2015年11月中信银行与百度公司宣布准备筹建百信银行，历经一年多的努力，于2016年12月30日，百信银行获得银监会正式批复开始筹建。2017年8月15日，获得银监会许可批复开业。于2017年11月18日正式开业。百信银行行长李如东透露未来发展思路时表示，将聚焦智能和普惠，构建智能账户、智能风控和智能服务等核心能力，主要针对传统银行服务薄弱和未触达的空白领域进行错位发展。
