黑土麦田（Serve For China）是在中华人民共和国民政部备案的人才培养与精准扶贫公益项目，由耶鲁大学的优秀中国毕业生联合发起。
黑土麦田“乡村创客”计划（Serve For China Fellowship）每年选拔、培训、资助、支持一批国内外顶尖学府的中国籍优秀毕业生到国家级贫困县的乡村开展产业扶贫和社会服务。旨在让中国的优秀青年易于投身公共事业，用实干与创新为脱贫攻坚和农村发展作出贡献，通过磨砺成长为中国和世界的建设者。
