وقد استطاعت شركة أبناء عبد الله بن إبراهيم الخريف طوال هذه الفترة إنتاج مجموعة من الشركات تحت مسمى "مجموعة الخريّف" لتسهم في الاقتصاد الوطني بشكل كبير، سواء كان ذلك من حيث الإنتاج أو من حيث الموارد البشرية تأهيلاً وتدريباً.. وتنوعت أنشطتها ما بين: حلول الطباعة، وتقنية المياه والطاقة، والمركز الآلي السعودي، والصناعات، والتجارة، وزيوت التشحيم، والبترول، والاستثمارات، وأخيراً التطوير العقاري.
تأسس قطاع التطوير في شركة أبناء عبد الله بن إبراهيم الخريف عام ٢٠٠٩م، وبلغ مجموع مساحات الأراضي المملوكة للشركة ١٢٠مليون م٢، ومشاريع تجارية بمساحة ١٥٨ ألف م٢، وحدات سكنية بعدد ٥٠٠ وحدة سكنية في مدينة الرياض.
أنجز هذا القطاع مشاريع عقارية ضخمة منذ تأسيسه وحتى الآن، وما زالت هناك مشاريع قائمة تحت التنفيذ يجري العمل بها.
