Our treatments are based on a variable combination of lifestyle changes, physical activity, stress management, medications and possibly surgery. Weight-loss medications work best in conjunction with lifestyle changes, while bariatric surgery may be another solution and should be considered when all other options have failed. We will always advocate a holistic approach of nutritional and lifestyle changes combined with physical activity, stress management and a good night’s rest.
