Bij ACT-inclusief bouwen we aan een toekomst waarin alle Nederlandse kinderen zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen. We slaan de brug tussen ouders en instanties en werken met volle overtuiging aan duurzame inclusie, altijd deskundig en wetenschappelijk geïnformeerd.
We creëren duurzame randvoorwaarden voor inclusie op elk niveau: van de individuele behoeften van kinderen en ouders, tot de systemen en beleidslagen in hun omgeving (wijk, stad, regio). Dit doen we door ouders te empoweren en professionals van betrokken organisaties te professionaliseren. Ons doel: inclusieve omgevingen creëren die ieder kind een gelijke basis bieden voor ontwikkeling en deelname aan de samenleving.
Hiervoor ontwikkelen we nieuwe theorieën en methodieken die de basis vormen voor onze cursussen en trainingen. Deze 'body of knowledge' gebruiken we ook voor de adviezen die we gevraagd en ongevraagd geven aan lokale, regionale en landelijke partijen en overheden.
Daarnaast verricht ACT-inclusief diepgaand onderzoek vanuit onderwijskundige, psychologische, pedagogische, organisatiekundige en veranderkundige kennisdomeinen.
