I provide an online fitness training service aimed at clients who are; time poor, travel regularly and keen to keep themselves fit with a sustainable fitness routine.
My training is split into:
- Online PT sessions
- An app trackable fitness program set by me for you to do outside of our PT sessions

Quick and simple sessions (30 - 40 minutes usually)
An affordable and sustainable way to keep fit and progress your routine.
The Online PT sessions are done via FaceTime, Skype or Zoom.
Do you travel a lot with work?
Not a worry, with me as your PT we can take your training anywhere. Set me up in your hotel gym or we can do a no equipment blast from the comfort of your own room.
Are you time poor?
That's no excuse for letting your fitness routine slip. My Online PT sessions are quick and simple, usually lasting 30 - 40 minutes.
No equipment?
No problem! We can do everything with everyday object and just yourself. However, if you do have a few bits of kit, we can incorporate them into your workouts for extra variety.
