Visceralfit’s programs incorporate functional exercises that mimic real-life movements and activities, such as lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling, to help develop strength, flexibility, and endurance - enabling you to perform at your best in both your personal and professional lives. I’m a fully qualified PT with a background in martial arts, having competed in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I bring my own passion for health and fitness to helping my clients achieve their objectives, whether that be gaining muscle, losing weight or just maintaining general fitness, but above all, my sessions are FUN! I run 1-2-1 and group sessions at central London locations close to your office - before or after work, or shorter high intensity lunchtime sessions. I also offer an online program so you can work out at your convenience, and in the privacy of our own home.
