I am passionate about helping people to achieve their health and fitness goals.
I have a wealth of experience working with people from all backgrounds and skill levels; from complete beginners to experienced athletes.
In addition to having a level 3 in personal training I hold a First Class Honours Degree in Applied Sports Science offering me a wealth of knowledge in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, strength and conditioning, sports psychology and nutrition to enable me to optimise and fully personalise the training I provide.
I have been providing personal training in strength and conditioning for over 10 years in a range of settings, and I am experienced in both group and individual tuition. Utilising my knowledge and experience I can provide tailored coaching to meet your individual requirements.
I currently coach Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts, whilst also coaching and managing a team of competitive martial artists in both disciplines at both junior and adult level. With extensive personal experience, having competed in Muay Thai, K-1, Judo, Boxing, Karate, BJJ and Mixed Martial Arts; including competing at the 2019 IMMAF European Championships as a team England fighter, I am aware of the requirements for competitive success.
I have applied the experience from my competitive career into my coaching, taking students from never having competed in mixed martial arts to the professional level.
Combining my experience of working with elite level athletes as a sports scientist (Premiership football, olympic level and professional athletes) with my extensive coaching and competing within martial arts, I will construct a bespoke training plan to take you as an athlete to the next level and beyond.
I offer a dedicated service to develop each athlete to their full potential. Using my extensive connections, I offer a coaching and fighter management solution to new and seasoned athletes. I can also organise competitive matches, arrange sparring
