ACS was co-founded by Devarshin Naidoo and Vivek Maharaj, both Members of the CFA Institute.
Devarshin Naidoo is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Practitioner with a strong background in corporate finance and financial management. He began his career at Grant Thornton Durban and later joined the firm’s corporate finance team in the UK, where he advised multinational corporations, listed entities, large private companies, and IPO candidates.
Vivek Maharaj is an IFRS specialist with expertise in financial reviews, modelling, corporate restructuring, M&A, management buyouts, and capital raising (equity and debt). He brings a strong focus on negotiation and deal execution to the firm’s advisory work.
