Established in 1982 as a grassroots advocacy group, ADEC has grown into a trusted not-for-profit organisation serving multicultural communities across Victoria. We believe in a society where everyone - regardless of culture, ability, or age - has the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our culturally responsive services ensure that language and cultural barriers are never obstacles to receiving quality care and support.
