A growing movement focused on preserving Africa's rich natural and cultural heritage.
African School of Storytelling (AFRISOS) is a registered NGO that provides life-changing opportunities to aspiring photographers and filmmakers in Africa through hands-on mentorship programs, capacity building, and storytelling grants.
We aim to transform the image of Africa on the world stage from "the dark continent" to a brighter and more colourful image showcasing the incredible experiences to be had with the incredibly hospitable people that Africans actually are.
We build partnerships with conservation NGOs, travel companies, tourism boards and other stakeholders in the tourism industry to make Africa a prominent destination in the mind of international travellers and telling its positive conservation stories.
