Studies prove that ongoing personal and professional development are important factors in recruiting and retaining quality employees. To that end, we provide specialist on the job coaching, 1:1 tutoring/support, workshops that are aimed at compliment classroom training.
Our service also extends to working as a pair of hands, policy and procedural writing or update and service reviews.
Our philosophy is simple: We start with observing and/or assessing your specific training requirements and our syllabus experts then design training package to meet those needs.
Our designers and developers are also our trainers, they know the material inside out and once it's deployed in the classroom they're the ones who modify and tweak it in response to your staff feedback and organisational needs.
