Dabei hält sich Alloga an die GDP-Leitlinien (Good Distribution Practice) für eine gute Vertriebspraxis von Humanarzneimitteln und wird anlässlich von GDP-Überprüfungen periodisch durch die regionalen Heilmittelinspektorate kontrolliert.
Alloga ist nach ISO 9001 (Qualitätsmanagementsystem) zertifiziert und setzt sich insbesondere auch für nachhaltige Energieerzeugung ein. Seit 2018 ist auch auf dem Dach der Alloga in Burgdorf eine Fotovoltaikanlage in Betrieb. Weiter wird mit der Grundwasser-Wärmepumpe bei Alloga der Erdgasverbrauch für die Gebäudeheizung gesenkt.
