تاريخ الشركة
انطلقت شركة الرشد رسميا عام 2010 بمحافظة الاسكندرية مع ما لهذه المحافظة من أهمية كبيرة لاستقبالها المباشر لميناء بحري مهم يربط مفاصل الشرق بالغرب والشمال بالجنوب.
بدأت الشركة بفريق عمل وإداريين ذوي خبرة سابقة تمتد من ٥ لـ ٢٠ سنة داخل الموانئ. وعقود شراكة مع أكبر شركات التأمين والفحص والتفتيش والمخازن المرخصة والمستودعات لضمان وصول البضائع بشكل آمن وحفظها بأقل تكلفة.
بدأ نشاط الشركة الرسمي من خلال نشاط التخليص التخليص الجمركي والقيد لدى الجمارك و لدى هيئة الموانئ المصرية والرخص و التصاريح.
في عام ٢٠١٣ تم الحصول على سجل المستوردين والمصدرين لمساعدة العمال الغير مرخص لها النشاط.
في عام ٢٠١٤ حصلت شركة الرشد على شهادة الآيزو ISO.
ونشاط الشحن الدولي ولدى وزارة النقل والجمارك المصرية وشعبة خدمات الشحن الدولي EIFFA.
و فتح فروع ووكالات دولية من خلال مؤسسات حكومية دولية حكومية للشحن البحري والجوي وتعاقدات مع وكلاء الشحن EIATA and FIATTA.

شهادة الآيزو 9001 هي شهادة الجودة العامة التي تشيد بدقة مسار الشركة العملي وجودة خدماتها أما الشـهادات الخاصة والاعتمـادات فهي تلك الشـهادات الدولية التي تفيد قوة نشاط الشركة وتشهد بخبرتها والتزامها وحجم أعمالها مع العلم أنه لا يتم الحصول على تلك الشهادات إلا بسـابقة أعمال قوية وتزكيـة دوليـة. مثال: الفياتا والإياتا وسـجل المسـتوردين والمصدّرين وترخيص التخليص.
