After years of experimenting, testing and tasting in search of complexity and serious drinking satisfaction, our new kombucha is born.
An expression of deep-rooted Basqueness, boldly flavoured and fizzing with complexity, this is the next generation of truly sophisticated, spontaneously fermented, low-alcohol beverages: perfect on its own, or in a cocktail, even better when used to enhance and elevate the experience of food.
