Ama Brewery is an artisanal producer of pét-nat tea based in Irún, in the Basque Country. Despite our small size, we can now be found in more than 25 countries.With the support of the various industry professionals who make Ama Ama, I work to ensure the day to day running of the facility goes as smoothly as possible while working with them to develop and optimise the processes that are vital to Ama's continued growth.Being a small company, I am also responsible and/or provide support in areas such as sales, marketing, communications, label design and production, R&D and much more.

From our own gastronomic offerings to consultancy for hotels and restaurants; from audiovisual production to social innovation via gastronomy, through my work with Imago Gastronomy Lab I have been able to experience almost every branch of the Gastronomic world, which has led to myself obtaining capabilities across a wide range of areas. Not only have I been learning from the team there, but I have also been able to apply my own knowledge to aid the team in the areas where perhaps they have less experience, such as communication and marketing, especially on the social media side. I have also been working with Ama Brewery, a pét-nat tea brand, to develop communications strategies, interact with clients daily, aid with production, labelling and sending of bottles and much more.

Working on many of the projects that fall under the Imago banner, including preparing client databases for AMA Brewery, marketing materials, helping to increase online presence for Imago as well as upcoming projects in La Rioja. Also worked on i+D of recipes and services for catered events ranging from 8 to 150 clients

 Worked in multiple roles in production from plonge to mise en place and service. Taught short cooking courses to English speaking visitors from partner brands.  Aided with longer cooking classes for members of the public in Spanish.
