The Moldovan-American Association of Logistics and Transport - AMALT is a non-governmental, apolitical, and non-profit organization representing Moldo-American companies operating in the field of logistics and transport. The association was founded in the summer of 2022 by representatives of five Moldo-American transport companies: Nova Lines, Taurus Auto Group, C1 Transportation, Schwarz Logistics, and Hermes NVC Corp.

The association has the following objectives:

- Improving investment opportunities for service providers in the logistics and transport industry.
