AmpliFide is a pioneering financial technology company that has developed an entirely new credit asset class - the Master Credit Participation Certificate or “CPC™”.

This enables a broader array of participants to be reached for the acquisition of a diverse body of CPCs at varying pricing, performance and risk levels. Presently, 27 different types of CPCs are available that span the yield curve. Regardless of type, all CPCs are governed by a central credit contract that provides a universal platform for CPC governance, offering and administration.
Through the development and commercialization of the CPC, AmpliFide is supporting the creation of a seamless, automated, free-market credit distribution network that is scalable and balances the critical needs of borrowers’ access to capital with the risk/return appetite of a broad spectrum of capital providers.
