Anna Chandy is a social psychologist and the founder of Anna Chandy & Associates, a therapy practice that offers counselling services to individuals and organizations across more than 40 countries. She has also offered pro bono counselling at Vishwas in Bangalore, India, where she started her career.
Anna's first book, "Battles in the Mind - Conquering and Winning Over Emotional Pain" was published by Penguin Random House in June 2017. She has also been featured on CNN, NDTV, Fortune, The Times of India, Mint, The Better India, and other leading media properties. She hosts Mind Your Mornings, a bi-monthly podcast on Spotify.
