Michael specialises in partnering with both experienced and aspiring executive leaders to enhance performance, accelerate development and maximise personal fulfilment. With over 25 years of multi-national leadership in organisations such as GSK, Reckitt and Boots, Michael appreciates the challenges leaders face while delivering industry leading performance during constant change and adaptation within businesses.
