At Apex Multifamily Capital LLC, our managing partners are all physicians. We use a syndication model and work with a network of highly successful real-estate professionals to strategically invest in the multifamily real estate market.

While our experience is that investments in the secondary market (population between 1-5 million) work best for our partners, we explore investment opportunities in a range of markets. But most importantly – we will never present our partners a deal that we would not be willing to invest our own money in!
