The name APILA is created from the first letters of each of the Latin words for Activity, Progress, Inspiration, Balance and Water - which are also the read thread of our business!

Solid market research, trend management, insight generation, brand & business development, concept development, project management and leadership experience. Proven track record of successfully managing insight functions and in leveraging insights adding value to businesses.
Yoga Blue Zense & Dalarö Surf Point
We are passionate about health & well-being and also love spending time on the water with all the physical and mental benefits that comes with i! We are offering a broad range of events, courses, classes, training sessions, personal training and development as well as team building activities for both individuals and groups/companies with water based activities, yoga and training as a foundation; windsurfing, SUP (Stand Up Paddle board), training, yoga on water (SUP Yoga) and yoga on land.
