Hans-Reiner Kasel founded -AWA e.V.- in 1993 based on his belief „preserving proven traditions while introducing innovation“. His vision transformed the former vocational school, Naehmaschinenwerk Altenburg, into what is now the proven leader in vocational training in the Altenburg region. As the first non-profit education and training network in Altenburg our experience separates our programs from others in this field.
