AWCC's Purpose.
We work with Government and our members to create operational compliance solutions for Australian Labour Laws and related legislation.
AWCC's Vision is to be Australia’s peak body for those who operationalise Australia’s labour and related legislation.
AWCC's Mission as a not for profit member owned association is to:
1. Advocate for our members to all Governments on matters of national policy in relation to the operational application of labour and related legislation.
2. Develop operational standards and other solutions with Government for our members with a focus on Compliance with Australian Workforce Laws.
3. Conduct and publish research to support Compliance with Australian Labour and related legislation
Our 2024/25 strategic pillars are:
1. We lobby for our members (Advocacy).
2. We develope and market Workforce Compliance Standards and other compliance solutions (Compliance).
3. We represent our members to Government including its regulators (Policy).
