The strength of the security personnel can be decreased/ increased only after mutual discussion during the contractual period the contract can be terminated by either party during the tenure by giving the prior notice or payment in lieu. On receipt of our bill full final dues vide demand draft or cash payment shall be done/ made failing which we shall with drawl our guarding personnel.
