This is because a single measurement in 20-300 seconds measures hundreds or thousands of frequencies in parallel. It is important to note that Batixt EIS Scanners, besides being faster and more competent, open up for entirely new avenues in battery analytics as well as new application areas. For example, given the speed of the EIS measurements and the fact that all frequencies are measured at once, the results will reflect a single battery status. 100+ EIS scans can be performed in a state of charge sweep in hours. This type of testing is not feasible to perform on batteries, using old generation EIS technology. With older generations of EIS, the battery status will invariably change when more than one measurement is required, and even more so when a fuller frequency spectrum is to be achieved. With Batixt Next Generation of EIS technology, EIS becomes feasible also in battery manufacturing contexts where its usefulness so far has been more limited.
