Welkom op de site van Beekdal VSO. Wij zijn een school voor Voortgezet Speciaal onderwijs voor Zeer Moeilijk Lerenden (ZML). Anders gezegd, wij helpen onze leerlingen, uw kind, graag (extra) met leren, ook al is leren soms moeilijk. Wij helpen met leren leren, leren om goed met elkaar om te gaan en leren om te werken.
Onderwijs waar het kind centraal staat in het kunnen, denken en doen. Wij bereiden leerlingen voor op een passende uitstroomplek. Dit doen wij door hoge, maar realistische verwachtingen om te zetten in een passend onderwijsaanbod.
Beekdal VSO is een school waar leerlingen echt hun eigen plekje hebben en waar oog is voor iedere leerling.
Wij zijn gehuisvest in een prachtig gebouw aan de Heiligenbergerweg in Amersfoort: Het Vosheuvelcomplex. Een gebouw dat is gebaseerd op nieuwe inzichten en voorzien is van alle moderne faciliteiten. We delen ons pand met de Klimboom SO en de buitenschoolse opvang van de Amerpoort.
