I am a resilience coach, partnering with individuals who’ve experienced adversity, big or small, and helping them move forward with clarity and confidence. My path has been shaped by overcoming significant challenges, including surviving near-fatal bike and mountaineering accidents, navigating the end of a long-term marriage, and reinventing myself after losing a beloved career. I spent over 20 years in leadership roles within the healthcare technology and medical device industries, gaining a strong foundation in analytical problem-solving and strategic leadership. My upbringing in a family of clinicians and scientists sharpened my analytical skills, while my life experiences cultivated a deep sense of empathy and emotional intelligence, balancing head and heart in my coaching.
As Director of Education for ICF Colorado, I have raised the bar for speaker quality and enriched our educational programs, driven by a commitment to advancing coaching mastery and elevating the profession globally.
Personally, I’m fueled by my love for nature, outdoor exercise, and mindfulness. You’ll often find me hiking or skiing to a scenic mountain spot, where I pause to meditate and recharge before heading back inspired to serve others with renewed energy.
