I have worked for 25 years in people oriented roles for major companies and overseas. During this time I have gained a wealth of knowledge and skills to help individuals, companies and organisations enhance their work life.
In the last 15 years I have worked in business development roles and managed various client portfolios. My clients were employees of National Australia Bank as well as small business owners. My primary role was to set strategy, drive sales, coach, mentor and educate clients and staff and deliver financial results. To be successful in these roles I have been able to develop sound interpersonal skills and I now coach and mentor individuals and small business owners on how to build effective relationships. I have also continued my education with post graduate studies in Business Psychology and Applied Positive Psychology.
My intrinsic motivation comes from helping people improve their life which starts with reviewing the individual’s wellbeing which strongly correlates to work satisfaction and performance. I enjoy helping people flourish and achieve their full potential in their working life
Clients appreciate my approachable manner and practical methodology. I tap into the essence of what makes people tick and offer simple, achievable, customised steps which can easily be incorporated into daily life. I embrace my own philosophies and maintain a day-to-day routine which inspires my clients to do the same.
I also enjoy running, practicing yoga, working out at the gym regularly, and even playing the occasional round of golf. I have accrued several sporting achievements including being a silver medallist in three national level running races and winning numerous other running events.
As a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach and accredited recreational Running Coach with Athletics Victoria, I incorporate physical fitness sessions into some of my workshops. I have witnessed first-hand the overarching benefits that physical wellbeing can have on all aspects of my clients’ lives.
The key skills and attributes which I offer you include reliability, a steady approach, a systematic and carefully considered methodology, absolute transparency. I treat my clients’ wellbeing with the utmost attention and importance.
