We are nine friends who all got to know each other through a shared interest in martial arts. We are a diverse bunch. We all have different backgrounds and experiences, but each of us is convinced that our martial arts training has had nothing but a positive impact on our quality of life. In addition to physical fitness, we have developed a strong mental attitude and community.
