At Better Self, our psychologists, speech pathologists and stuttering & cluttering teams provide tailored support to individuals of all ages.

We are proudly part of Lutheran Care, which was founded in 1969 by a group of Lutheran women here in South Australia, to support people at risk of falling between the cracks. Today, we provide community services, emergency relief, homelessness support, parenting programs, psychology, speech pathology and NDIS services to change lives, build communities and help more people achieve their potential.
