The corporation, Beverly's Best Bakery Inc., was founded in 2006 as the holding company for Beverly’s Bakery, a retail bakery originally established in the early 1980's in Fullerton, CA as Carol's Cakes. Beverly's Best Bakery was named such by Beverly Perry in the late 1980's and changed hands three times before the corporate entity was established in 2006. In April 2019 the Beverly’s Bakery brand and physical assets were sold to Bella Martini Holdings, Inc. The corporation was dissolved at that time and no longer exists. As of 2020 the brand lives on in Orange County under the direction of Bella Martini Holdings. Over the years the bakery has provided Southern California with custom designed, scratch made wedding and special occasion cakes, pastries and desserts. In 2014 BBB Inc. expanded operations to include additional retail locations. From 2008 through early 2019 the bakery was featured in several national reality TV shows, gained exposure in numerous media outlets such as Martha Stewart Weddings, Us and People magazines, and received numerous "best of" industry awards.
