The measured Customer Experience generated by the CiXE platform enables EXPRESSIONS - the different emotional measures - to be produced; using a range of client centered dashboards and reports. Taking EXPRESSIONS from outside and inside the business or organisation allows the identification of specific learning and development - which Beyond Now can further help with; as required.
