BHSM LLP is a dynamic, commercial law firm located in Dublin 2 with a team of 50 professionals, specialising in Corporate, Property, Banking, Employment, Litigation, Insolvency and Private Client matters.
Recognising there existed a gap in the market for a premium, partner-led, and responsive offering, we developed a strategy that places our clients at the core, and an ambition to consistently deliver for them. We strongly believe that our growth and success depends on the growth and success of our clients.
Our strategic hires have enabled us to strengthen our offering across core areas, as well as continuing to identify and build new specialist areas – including, Banking and Financial Services, Construction & Projects, Employment & Benefits and Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences.
In addition to a sustained focus on indigenous business, we have continued to attract international clients with business interests in Ireland. We are strategic in our approach to ensure there is not an over-dependence on any one department, as the Firm continues to adapt to changing market conditions.
BHSM LLP is a member of the Law Firm Network (LFN), a global law firm network with members in over 86 countries (+1,000 solicitors); the Irish member of the Alliott Global Alliance, an international alliance of independent professional firms with members in over 85 countries (+4,750 solicitors); and the Irish member of the International Jurists, a global network of independent law firms with members in over 30 countries (+1,250 solicitors).
We regularly provide Irish legal advice to members of the above networks and their clients in matters that involve Irish businesses and assets.
We are listed in the IFLR1000 Legal Guide in the areas of Banking, Insolvency and Corporate M&A and are also listed in the Sunday Independent’s Top 75 Law Firms in Ireland.
