OUR OBJECTIVE:
To raise between $150K to $2MM in seed or series A capital for each funding round. We seek minority or lead investments depending on the size of the round. We are willing to work closely with other angel groups, venture funds or family offices to ensure that the round is closed and a company adequately capitalized. We are looking for companies that have a clear path to penetrate markets and will lead to significant step-ups in valuation. Our target is a 5 to 10x return within 3 to 5 years.
