Investment for equity
The primary function of Binghams Capital is to assist and broker off-market transactions between companies seeking investment on one side and our investor contacts on the other.
Typically, this will be an investment in return for an equity stake in a specific business or a privately agreed loan over a pre-agreed period controlled under a strict set of mutually agreed conditions.
