Maximilian Wollek, le Chef ! Après un apprentissage au Meurice sous la brigade du Chef Yannick Aléno, il a peaufiné son savoir faire au Pavillon le Nôtre ainsi que dans différents restaurant Bistronomique avant de finalement proposer sa vision de la cuisine.
Lou Serafini, ancien Premier Barman du Bar du Bristol passez par le George V et le Burgundy.
Et Simon Martel Barman senior au Bar du Bristol puis Chef Barman du Yaya Restaurant;
Eux c'est le service qu'ils maitrisent, dès l'accueil ils prennent en mains les clients pour leurs faire passer le meilleur moment possible !

et au Dîner du Mardi au Samedi.
