Based in Bloomsbury, London we are one of the most recognised and respected Pilates brands worldwide. We offer Pilates teacher training and then more than 40 professional development courses covering studio equipment, sports and performance, special populations (pregnancy, bone health, older adult, children, hypermobility and more) and offer externally recognised qualifications.
