Bohai Securities Co., Ltd. is an investment banking company based out of 8 BINSHUI WEST ROAD, NANKAI DISTRICT, Tianjin, China. In May 2008, approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the company was restructured into a joint stock limited company. In the 2014 annual rating of securities firms under classified supervision, the company was rated as Class B, BBB level. Currently, the actual controller of the company is Tianjin Taida Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., with 25 shareholders and a registered capital of 4,037,194,486 yuan.
The company is headquartered in Tianjin, with branch offices in Shanghai and Beijing. As of December 31, 2013, the company has 48 securities business departments in key provinces, cities, and regions nationwide.
